Book Review – “Just In Case You Ever Wonder,” Max Lucado, Author

Just In Case You Ever Wonder, written by Max Lucado and Illustrated by Toni Goffe, is an adorable book written to help those little
listening ears understand how important they are to their parents and also to God.

The book begins by sharing how important children are to God, so important that God made the decision to bring them into existence. Max
continues by describing the various elements of existence within a child, elements that they would understand, elements that God created uniquely within them.

Several turns of the pages brings about a transition from God, into the child’s parent or in essence the one who would be sharing the
subject matter with them. These remaining pages serve to solidify the understanding of the relationship between the reader and the listener, the
parent and the child, the grandparent and grandchild.

This book is heartwarming in that it puts into words the feelings that most parents and/or grandparents strive to express to those little loved ones within their lives. It helps to remove any doubt of being unloved. But if those feelings do arrive, its pages can be turned, and its words can be read….Just In Case.

The contents, the purpose, and  the wonderful illustrations make this book a must have for all adults blessed by the pitter patter of little feet.
