2/14/13 Daily Devotion

Matthew 25:40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

The presence of Jesus within our lives should cause us to openly and appropriately share the love of God with those in need. Each person upon this earth is a reflection of that which is important to him. Within their daily lives they express this reflection through their words and actions in such a manner that others take note of that which they love and love to express. For the Christian, this concept should not be any different except that which others observe. We must be expressing the love of Christ to all people, especially to those in need. Those around us must see the love of Christ flowing through our actions and expressed in our words. We might be the only reflection of Jesus some people see, thus we better be an clear and concise reflection.

Prayer Starter:

Lord, make me a clear reflection of Your love within this world that others might desire Your presence within their own lives.
