Ephesians 3:8 Although I am less than the least of all God’s people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,

When all the evidence is collected, when every letter is considered, when his heart is examined, the apostle Paul is surely found to be a great man. But within this greatness, Paul exerted a humility that is to be envied by all mankind. This great man considered himself the least of all God’s people. Is this the attitude we see within our preachers today? Do they stand before us with humility and grace? Could they make such a proclamation and have the visual evidence as proof? We are all called to be sharers of the Word of God, spreaders of the gospel; and as we perform this task, it is imperative that our audience know we, too, are sinners in need of a Savior. Otherwise, we aren’t doing any good for anyone.

Prayer Starter:

Lord, help my life and faith be seen and understood without a single word flowing from my mouth.
